WHO IS THIS FOR & WHAT TO EXPECT?

  • Fun Intense Full-Body Workout For All. The goal is overall health and wellness. Build strength, endurance, burn cals, and overall healthy feeling!

  • You will fill out a Health History Form so that I know of any medical issues and can modify movements so you don’t miss a beat.

  • TRX Suspension Training? Yes. I provide all the suspension trainers. The movements can be modified to any age or fitness ability. All you need to bring is a yoga/fitness mat.

  • The class is designed around timed exercise principles. We rarely count reps. Why? This allows for every fitness level to be challenged, and gives me the ability to talk, critique, and motivate the group.

  • After 6-weeks you will be stronger, leaner, better conditioned, and more mobile than ever before.
